Dawn Lanouette, Partner with the law firm of Hinman, Howard and Katell Dawn is a partner in the Labor and Employment and Litigation practice groups at HH&K where she concentrates her practice in advising employers on employment matters and in representing them in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies. Prior to coming to HH&K, Dawn was the law clerk to the Honorable Thomas J. McAvoy in the Northern District of New York. In addition to her law practice, Dawn is a frequent speaker to Chamber of Commerce and other business groups and a presenter of continuing legal education courses on labor and employment law topics. She is the Vice-President of the Broome County Bar Association; the Vice-President of Administration for the Cider Mill Theater; and a Board Member-Tri-Cities Opera Company.
Jeannette (Jenny) Simon, Partner with the law firm of Hinman, Howard and Kattell. Jenny is a partner in the Litigation and Labor and Employment practice group at HH&K where she concentrates her practice in advising businesses with respect to all aspects of their litigation needs, including contract disputes, complex commercial disputes, commercial lease disputes, and employment law. Jenny is experienced is assisting her clients in resolving matters where possible, and in advising clients through trial where necessary. Jenny came to HH&K after spending more than a decade litigating in the Philadelphia area. Jenny lives in Ithaca, New York where she enjoys boating on Cayuga Lake.
