You should always be able to answer this question, not only when your organization is in crisis! This workshop will review key financial management concepts for nonprofit organizations including the elements that contribute financial empowerment or vulnerability. The hands-on workshop will also include how to use tools for financial analysis such as basic ratios, cash flow analyses, and reading/using financial statements.
